Morning Motivate is a brand new programme incorporating a variety of fitness and movement concepts designed to build strength and improve flexibility with the added benefits of community and accountability. Fitness is not a fad, it’s a lifestyle habit that takes time to build but will give you the ability to live your life to the full with vigour, health, poise and grace.
We meet two mornings each week for a dynamic and energising class to start your day with a bang and you will have receive a bonus weekly workout you can fit into your own schedule.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 07:30-08:15 am - starts March 7th
Where: Outdoors at The Level, Union Rd, Brighton, BN1 4ZN
(By the water fountains, near entrance to children's playground.)
Cost: Just £29.99 per month for 1 session per week or £54.99 per month for both sessions!
