Everyone is unique and I believe a 1:1 bespoke training plan is the best way to help you achieve your goals. We can train in the gym (2nd Avenue Hove), outdoors (Queens Park or Hove Lawns),  or in the comfort of your own home or garden - we don't need much space.

I have been helping people move their bodies since 2009. A fully qualified Personal Trainer, I offer 1:1 and group sessions in Brighton and Hove and Online Training if you are based further afield.
